Brooks Landing will be a retail, hospitality and entertainment destination. In addition to the businesses, there will be a public boardwalk providing improved access to the riverfront, boat docking facilities, and a community "Focal Point". An enhanced biking path and new public amenities such as landscaping, benches, and a gazebo will also help create the "Urban Village" ambiance to bring Neighborhood Residents, University Students, and people from all over to Brooks Landing.
