a community / university retail center with 14,000 sq ft of retail, 4,500 sq ft restaurant, 14,000 sq ft office, and an 80-room extended stay hotel located in the historic and diverse 19th Ward area of Sector 4. Just 2 miles west of downtown, 1 mile east of the Airport and adjacent to the University of Rochester, Brooks Landing is the destination retail site serving the residents of the 19th Ward, Sector 4, the City of Rochester and students at the University of Rochester. Construction for Brooks Landing started in Fall 2006 with the center's initial retailers scheduled to open in the Summer of 2008. Located at the southeast corner of Brooks Avenue and Genesee Street on the Genesee River waterfront, expected tenants include:
